We are looking for an account manager to oversee a portfolio of customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters.
Prepare applications and quote proposals Process and review change requests for current customers.
Work closely with our underwriters and fulfill their requests.
Review renewals and provide coverage summaries to the client.
Maintain our files using our agency management system.
Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Solid experience with MS office software Proven work experience as an account manager is preferred but not required.
An insurance license is preferred but not required.
BA/BS degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
